A 5 minute practice for Self-Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a powerful tool in our search for happiness, and the first step is self-forgiveness. We all carry the burden of guilt and shame for things we have done whether those things are large or small. When you build the skill to forgive your self, you can then choose to turn that forgiveness skill towards others.
